AT&T vs. Verizon with IPhone 4

Which one is better? The IPhone on the AT&T Network or the one that is now being used on the Verizon Network. Verizon recently started using the new IPhone 4 on their networks, and what was found out wasn't all that suprising.. The ATT Phone was actually faster, sporting an average download speed of 1,769 Kbps, and the average upload speed of 730 Kbps. That was twice as fast as Verizon. But as far as coverage, Verizon has ATT beat. As expected, Verizon covers more places with almost no dropout as there were places that ATT had no connection and Verizon did have a connection. So the results were not so alarming, although Verizon claims to soon have speeds faster than 4G. The competition wars will continue.
But look out for the new AT&T Android Phones.  One model even comes with a computer docking station to turn your phone into a fully functional PC.

2010 was kinda a bizarre year for the mortgage market. In the first half of the year, you had a decent number of home sales keeping mortgages for purchases stable, thanks to the home buyer credit. In the second half of the year, that changed as demand crumbled when the credit was withdrawn. At the same time, you had very low mortgage interest rates throughout much of the year cause a mini-refinancing boom. 2011 will look very different, as the housing demand continues to struggle and mortgage interest rates have begun rising.
