Record Snowfall Expected in the NorthEast - upwards to 2 feet or more
The entire Northeastern part of the United States has been under a Winter Storm now for some time. The snow keeps coming and coming. Colder days keep arriving. No thanks to the South, there has been an intense surface low that will bring warm moist air fro the south into the frigid Arctic air running over the Plains headding east, which is the major contributor of all of the moisture and falling snow in the Northeast. It looks as if the snowstorm will be another one from the record books. It is a large storm front, that will likely run from Oklahoma City to Caribou, maine later in the week. By Tuesday, the snowfall will most likely reach a minimum of a foot. Many weather affiliates are expecting that the next storm make the record books. Up to 2 feet of snow may accumulate in a narrow band from Illinois into Ohio. It's hard to tell right at this point, but somewhere in this area, there will be record snowfalls.

I live in NH and the first storm was 24", each storm following 6", 2 " , 8 " 6 " and a few 1" storms. I expect it is not over yet.
